Just cuirous. I have been searching for about half an hour and cant seem to find a thread about this. Are there certain temperatures you are supposed to jet at?
Like if it gets below 60 degrees then rejet.
You can use the same jetting from temps ranging from 60 - 70 dont touch the jetting.
Im just trying to figure out if i can break it in now at 30 or so degrees if ill have to try and rejet for spring.

Thanks to anyone who replies.

Was wondering the same thing

I beleive after the temp drops below 50 your shoudl jet higher, and if temp goes above 50 then rejet smaller

there is no specific temp, you can find guides to help here and there, most charts show a change every 20 degrees, some more some less, if your season change big time like mine do then just make sure your checking your jetting when you go out and ride if the temp is different than last time you rode, it takes what a min or two out of your day and as you ride more and gain experience you'll start to notice how the quad runs different as the temp changes, getting started you should keep a chart not only for reference later but to remember what jets you have in next time you go out

ok...so i guess ill just wait till spring to try and break it in.
so when spring hits and its like 50 degrees will i have to rejet when its 80 degrees in the summer?
2 strokes confuse me...LOL

i really dont think its that big a deal..just check ur plug every now and again. i run a 280 in mine all year round and i ride in 20 degrees and 100 degrees. but every bike if different so just double check ur plug every once in a while
