Im looking to make my blaster faster and wanted to know what you thought of this set up I want to get.

Standard Airsal 240cc Cylinder Kit
Keihin 35mm Carb
3mm Stoker Crank
V-Force Reeds

what else do yu guys recomend I get. Thanks for the help.

is u get the 240 kit deffinetly port it... but other than that ur setup looks pretty good... id get the head milled a little and jet the carb.
other than that looks good

Increase airflow. i.e. better filter and airbox mods. that list you posted is great but you wont be able to use all your potential if you dont let the thing breath better.

Well I see you have a K&N already. Good, now mod your airbox or get an aluminum box.

what modifications should i do to my air box, and how much would a good port and polish cost on that 240 kit and well as milling the head.

Air box, you can cut/drill holes in the lid, take the lid off completly (dont do this if your going to ride through water, mud, or really dusty areas without an airbox outerwhare) even though I ran 1 of my blasters without an airbox lid for many years through water and mud and dust with no problems, I got lucky.

as far as how much P&P work and milling would cost. It will be different anywhere you go. Start looking around at engine builders web pages for prices.

Well i havea K&N airfilter with an outerwears prefilter andi do have my air box lid removed? anything else you can recomend.
