that's because they're a works dual rate with 2 different springs on it. that style of preload adjustment is awesome

yeh, when i asked him if shipping to canada his reply was "15 buck" which sounded too good to be true, so i messaged again and he said "Sorry, only ship america" so he is a little sketchy, definately not english.

And yeh scot, boredom is my most often class in college in the afternoon. paint helps even explaining something as simple as dual rates
