What pilot jet are people running for pwk 35 240

Just wondering who else has problems with the idling of this carb with the 240?Im at a 50 right now and i just got a 48,45,42.First i tried cutting the idle spring down so the idle screw would go in more well it had a funny affect on the idle it would rev up and hold the rev like it was running lean.So i got another spring and now im back to square one.I am thinking i should go alot leaner on the pilot,what do you guys think? B)

I'd say between a 38 and 42.
Make sure your slide closes completely with the idle screw backed off.
In other words your cable is adjusted properly, before you start.

I believe I ended up with a 38 might have been a 40 pilot (cant remember for sure) on my buddies blaster and it has a 240 with 35mm carb but yours could be different because of elevation.

Well i only have down to a 42 pilot so i guess i will try that one.If thats not good enough i will order some more.919.95 feet above sea level.
