what kinda piston should i get?

i have a 1998 blaster just finished putting in new rear axle bearings and went for a quick ride and left it idling for a bit and the engine seized on the idle. i have yet to tear it apart. it has a stock crank but i have a vitos big bore kit and fmf exhaust not sure whether i should go with forged or cast?

Your choice, both pistons will serve you well if you understand how to look after them.

I am not sure if you are able to get a cast piston for the Vitos kit.

Do a leakdown test before you tear it apart, to help find cause of failure.

Pick one. Both are good. The wiseco is not the ultimate weapon regardless what you hear and read.

Vitos forged piston has the pie cut at the exhaust port.
