What Jet Size And What Octane Fuel?HELP!!!!!!!

I need to know what size jet I should run, and with what octane fuel. In my blaster, I have a K&N filter, 28mm CPW(Keihin) carb, Boyesen rad valves, hot rods crank, .020 over wiseco pro-lite piston, port and polish,and an FMF gold Series FAyyt w/ a Power Core 2. I would relly appreciate anything that anybody has to say. Thanks

jetting depends on a lot of things, and i don't know how the bigger carb is going to affect it, but with stock carb i would say a 330 or 340. just gonna have to buy a few, throw one in, and run it a little and check the plug. i always run 93 octane in my blaster, with a stock head and stroke your probably fine with 87 but it runs better with 93.
