What I should use for a rear and front shocks

I have a 1990 Blaster, its ripped it down to the frame. I'm looking for opinions as to what front, and rear suspension I should use. my buddy and I do alot of trail riding, I'm 160 pounds, 6'0 tall let me know thanks.

yamaha banshee front shocks and honda 250r rear shocks,,,great trails shocks and are easy, fair priced replacement for stock
 
yea banshee fronts if you on a budget.
i would reccomend a 400ex rear shock.

Then theres always works,elka all the big names, but your gonna pay big money to
 
I have a set of Banshee front shocks. They were painted black by the previous owner, and the paint is flaking, but I wil give them to you for 60.00 SHIPPED. If you want I can send you a picture of them with a piece of paper in the picture showing my username, just to make sure im not ripping you. PM me if interested.
 
they are a little softer and the 400ex shock is easy, just get some washers, and you have to drill the bottom of the shock holes out to accept the larger blaster pin
