What do you guys think if I attempt to put raptor 700r plastics on (hood, front fenders, rear fenders, everything)
Now since alot of people are dick heads on forums they said no it wont work and this and that. Other people said its been tried before with no success and that I should just ditch it, but what do you guys think? Im pretty sure with some welding (new brackets) some cutting and modding i can get the to fit. Let me know what you guys think, thanks! I:I

They look the same to me :-/

I do know the rear fenders are different, but the fronts look the same to me.

couldnt you just cut the rear fenders to match the 700 fenders? that would be the cheaper solution just my .02

I've seen the diy to put the rears on in here. The fronts make take a little time to make bracket and get it to match the tank cover. Go for it and let us know how it turns out.

I can't imagine that it'd be that tough to do. You want to put 700 raptor plastic on a 660, not like your trying to mount the complete raptor fenders on an lt80

and thanks everyone else. They did shoot it down pretty damn fast which got me extremely pissed. One guy said that he has a 660 and a 700 sitting right next to eachother and told me not to waste my time. Well what if i got on to raptorforum or MR and say, "can i put a yfz450 swingarm on my 02 blaster" Well we all know they would say dude your gay, retarted blah blah blah, when it CAN be done since we seen it done by Izzy. What would be so hard about? Nothing that i can see. So once I get some cash, Im buying the complete plastic in blue. Front fenders, hood, gas tank cover, and rear fenders, and when i get it all done im going to rub it in there faces ahah.

What the point of putting a 2003-2006 hood on a 88-02 blaster? To make it look better. I dont like the raptor 660 plastic that much, and i want the raptor 700 plastic, and no im not selling my bike because i just dropped in about $3200 into it.

the same as putting an 03 hood on a 96 blaster some people feel that it looks better, when i look at my 660 and then look at a 700 i feel it's the same as looking at a C4 vett. and a new ZR1.

if specialized managed to put the rears in his blaster i bet you could on a 660, people ver at MR and RF just dont like doing much fab work and prefer to buy everything to fit at once. I bet you could talk to the guys at Jokers Vault about it, those guys are insane.
