What changes do I have to do?

Will advanceing the timing Will it hurt any thing? If I'm off .5mm either way?

.5 too far may produce detonation, or require you to run strictly 93 octane to prevent it.
the DIY on here says a 3mm slot produces the +4 advance, a safer bet is to only go +3-ish degrees with a slightly shorter 2 - 2.5mm slot.
it helps bottom to mids at the cost of lost top end and over rev.

On my stock stator I can spin it a little clockwise and counterclockwise. I have it all the way clockwise on stock. Should I go 3mm from that point?
 
Is the washer under the main jet?

Put the washer on aND runs like a damn champ 100x more power THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!
