Alright on behalf of 89customs discovery of Yamaha Blaster Forum - The #1 Community For Yamaha Blaster Owners! there is definitely something fishy going on. You can read here http://www.blasterforum.com/off-topic-7/blasterforum-impersonation-21573/

I forgot I had that tab opened on mozilla thinking it was the OG Blasterforum but I logged into the Yamaha Blaster Forum - The #1 Community For Yamaha Blaster Owners! and it bought up post from months ago! I went to the off topic section and a "new" thread was made by 245stroker about his find with his 250r. That was 7 months ago! Dont log into that site even though it may look like this one. Theres something going on, so I though I would throw you guys the heads up, thanks!
 
Yeah. I don't think it is unsafe, but I'm not going to trust it. I am 95% sure you would be fine going on there. It is weird, however, that there is somewhere like that. I would suggest to all that don't know everything going on to go to that original thread and read it... it's only 2 or 3 pages, only take you 5 or 10 minutes.

how do you know this for sure? stop bullshiting information you dont know sh*t about. you havent even been here long and were supposed to listen to you? Unless your cbabers f*cking neighbour, stop saying trust it. I dont trust that site(yet) and frankly, i dont trust YOU.


Maybe I was jumping to conclusions, but again, i never said i was 100% sure on this impersonation sh*t. some people are saying its just a redirection domain, but some stuff is not adding up. Therefor, atvgang.com is in a state of question.

I've personally seen a pretty immense impersonation attempt(a rapidshare one) and it had the same type of things like redirecting to the actual website, making it seem legit. I can't explain it more than im pretty sure this is a scam. If you saw how the other one i found worked, you would see the EXACT same deal with whats going on.

For now, don't trust it untill we get a word.



On the non technical side, im thinkin like 95% this is a site trying to steal passwords.

I checked it out and if it was a third party website or w/e you wouldnt be able to stay signed in when you go there , meaning you would have to log in again if you clicked the link. Meaning its not trying to hyjack your sh*t. The guy who started blaster forum probaly had that (AtvGang) website in the beginning and changed the name. So now everytime you go to atvgang.com it redirects you to the updated web domain. Which is blasterforum.com


Stop being so paranoid it doesn't mean sh*t

I know some dumb ass that doesn't know sh*t about domains or itp protocols will probably say im part of the conspiracy and I only say that because there's always one dumb ass in the crowd and I can allready perdict it and allready know. Im here to help.

just because the ip's come back the same on a ping dont mean sh*t... a ip can be replicated, iv personnaly seen it done..... there is alot a person can do.. so.. plan and simple untell cbaber replys to this stuff.. leave atvgang alone

also, just a note, i think it was that butthole gsxr or jshockey or whatever maybe,trying to hack our accounts, i know its paranoid but it sounds reasonable, eh. aslo i am pretty shure it is trying to steal passwords cause there are so many straange people on that site that i have never heard of that i think they could be trying to hack. stay the freak away from this site, i mean it, it looks and sounds dangerouse to your comp.
