Voltage regulator?

hey guys I was riding last night and I noticed when I hit the brake my headlight would dim when the brake light illuminated..on second powerband hit the high beam
Blew so I switched it to low beam hit powerband and that blew too...went to local bike shop and 3 guys there told me it’s a voltage regulator issue does that sound right?

sounds right to me i had to buy a new one as well.
i bought 1 from here much cheaper then oem
works just fine.

Thanks man figured someone on here would know better then them lol ..what kind of bulbs do you use oem? I was wondering if I can use anything brighter

Got it all back together now brand new regulator and bulb low beam works but high doesn’t ?
