vitos fat bastard and stuff

a guy near me has a votos fat bastard, bb240kit that needs a hone, durablue 5in rear spacers, 34mm carb, some vf3 reeds and a few other things that he needs gone and says to make offer. what kind of offer could i make on these and still get a good deal?

when i buy stiff i always make them say the first price cause u never know he may only want like 400 and then throw a offer.

Does'nt sound like he's coming off anything for a decent price, $100.00 for used wheel spacers is not what I'd call a deal. You can get new ones for less than that.
