right im sure my blasters a 2002 says the previous owner, i have a vin number it is not 17 digits long the frame number and engine number are the exact same which is 3md 007752, i want my quad road legal i live in UK how do i do this? also i want to do this VIN check how can i if everyone wants a 17 digit vin?

i beleav that the number on the case isnt the same as the number on the frame. just check the lower frame rail by the stator it should be there..
how strange nope defo same number? is this right? do you know how to make this quad road legal uk standards
no i wouldn't sorry. i am guessing street legal tires and light turn signals and who nos what else..
