i was thinking about starting to upgrade my blaster in near future. thinking about using vitos performance parts. such as their big bore kit, carb, fat bastard exhaust, and stroker crank. just wanted some opinions, if their products are good or if i should consider other companies?? just wondering.

their parts are good. for sure the cheapest on the market today. if you really want to go all out there are other companys that make top of the line stuff, but you will notice the price difference, then again there is a difference in performance too.

Big Bore-CT Racing makes the best bolt on kit. check them out. Factory 7 also has a great set up.

Carb-Get 35mm Air Stryker. They are really nice carbs

Stroker Crank- Vito's is good, but I have heard of perblems. Hot Rods makes great stuff. But they are both good.

Pipe and Exhaust-The Fat Bastard is a good set up with vitos 240 kit. If you go any other route I could try getting a Dyno Port, or Factory 7 system

hope this helps. any way you get get ready to spend some $$$$$.

What mods do you have?
What type of riding do you do?
What is your budget?

all stock, dont really do much riding now, dont really have anywhere to ride. but most trail i would say, it was either sell it or keep it and go all out on it sometime early next year. not doing anyting now, just asking opinions. well i looked at vitos site and with carb, big bore, exhaust, crank, it was about 1500 i think. not real sure where i want to start, dont wont to get an exhaust and it not match up good with the big bore later you know.

well it all going to depend on the type of riding you decide to do. You can always get the vitos kit, but if your looking for the best bang for your buck buy a 30mm carb, some new reeds like vforce 3, a nice pipe and a nice port and polish. there loser you didnt have to say it again.

Maybe think about getting the full CT Racing kit.

It comes with everything!
Cylinder, head, reeds, pipe carb etc.

Will give more power than the Vitos as well!!

i've already looked it up myself, and thats why i was wondering why the 200 kit was more than the 240 kit, just thinking out loud really.

after looking at the ct stuff think might go that route since all comes together seems like their porting is better than vitos too, thanks for the info.

Just remember that if you get a stroker crank your port timing will be off and you'll want to get it adjusted to make the most power. Flotek adjusted mine for me and and did an aggresive trail port it works great. and d.jackson_12 is right the stock porting on a vitos is horrible

the stock porting on a vitos is horrible

sadly its almost always worse than stock but the material is much harder i have found overpour nuggets the size of pencil erasers hidden back inside some of those chinese sub exhaust ports :(........ no flow equals no go
