are the uni filter's that much better than the twin air filters because the twin air filter is easier for me for to get in Ireland and as far as i know the uni filter u can only get in the u.s or am i wrong

I agree. If you can easily get a Twin Air I'd go with that. I run a UNI and since I put it on I haven't had one dirt problem. I think Twin Air should be a similar design but if I were buying a new filter I wouldn't take a second thought on getting a No-Toil tacky filter. I have heard so many good things about them at the track and on the trails its unbelievable. And you can either hand wash them or throw them in the washer. Plus they come pre-oiled and you can just throw em on. They cost like $10 and give you nice protection.

i ran a twin air on my '96 for almost 8 years, good filters, and i actually think they are a tighter foam than the uni's

see people think that k & n are bad. Beacuse they run just the filter its self. You would want to have a perfilter on it so it could catch the littler paticles

im also looking into this, UNI's are very pricey i have to import from ebay, cant get anything but stock in SA for the blasters, everyones got all the makes for other bikes! dont know what they think, but anyway i use notoil oil and rim grease, as i said, uni's are overpriced, so between twinair and notoil? which is best??

I would go No-Toil without a doubt. They are proven to give more airflow AND protection than K&N, UNI, and Twin Air. They are tacky and stop all types of dirt and mud. And for $10 pre oiled in a bag? I mean thats worth it.

I just got a new one it came with out oil they said it is a little better than the pre-oiled one's. true I don't know yet will let every one know in a bit after I use it a bit.
