Traded blaster for a warrior

cant wait to see the vid and pics bro. i love my warrior. i like it more cuz i fit on the warrior better. i feel too big for a blasty after all...

its more powerful than my blaster, bigger, faster, and stronger so idk what you mean by park it next to a blaster lol plus it sounds amazing, not as cool as the braaping of my blaster but still cool.

Hey i love my warrior and its got a ton of AM parts. its not going to beat the blaster. it would take alot of mods for a warrior to even beat a stock blaster. Good luck with it though. They are nice reliable quads!

If it says "yamaha" on it the reliability thing is pretty much a given. My '90 blaster has obviously had a pretty tough life before it came to me, and with an hour's worth of TLC, it runs/drives like a champ. I've held my Vmax motorcycle, a 1200cc V4 wide open, turning 8800 RPM(around 150mph) for 10 minutes before. Didn't miss a beat. My buddys Suzuki M109 kind of overheated and started to run like ass after a couple minutes at wide open, now it shoots smoke out the exhaust whenever he gets on the gas. You can't beat yamaha engines.

Not saying the warrior is a bad quad, I was in kind of a toss-up between one of those and the blaster, and ended up getting offered a blaster to trade for my old quadrunner 4x4 so I took it, and after riding the blaster I know I made the right choice.

"remember, it's not what you ride, it's that you ride." I've seen that on here before but there are alot of people bashing the warrior. I've never ridden one but have ridden a raptor 350 and it was heavy but fun. Any atv to me is fun though. If the guy is happy with it then more power to him. Just go enjoy your new atv. I do have to agree with most people on here about 4 strokes being expensive, since I just payed $500 for a pipe for my drz

I used to have a warrior......it was slow as sh*t. the big gun exahust sounded awsome tho. if u didnt see it but u heard it, it sounded like it was goin about 90 then u see someone comin around the turn full throttle goin like 20. haha it was fun on trails tho.

yeah there def fun on the trails. i dunno i dont go balls out on it all the time and i cant keep up with my bro inlaws yfz but i kept up with him on some trails...

go to photobucket.com and upload the pictures there then post the

Whatever makes you happy on that trade, I reckon! I loved my Warrior for what it was designed to do...ride trails and go just about anywhere. The electric starter and Reverse gear were nice. I always had fun when jumping it, too; It flew well and didn't nosedive like some quads are prone to doing. But, my Warrior got boring and it was just too heavy for my taste. The neighbors hated my wide-open exhaust 'sliencer'. :D Somebody cut the packing retainer baffle out, and I just left it that way.

Plus, my engine was starting to smoke and I had too much already invested in it to put more money in the machine. 4-strokes are too damn expensive and frustrating to rebuild, in my opinion. Try wrestling a valve spring or two without the proper tools and see how you feel afterwords! (That being said, I work on 4-strokes all the time on the job, but what happens at work stays at work!) Glad I got rid of it! Traded it for a Banshee...I:I

Just playing. Have to give you a hard time. Lol. It's way better then the fourtrax 200 I had before I got a Blaster. Hope you have better luck with it.
