well here we go i finally got it running after 3 months and my mods are listed below the pilot jet is 52 on a pwk 35 non airstiker and it has like a grayish brown look to it when i rev it the plug is wet and a darkish brown after 10 mins of idling and slowly riding in my yard so do you think its rich or what

need to warm it up , change plug, run a wide open blast threw all gears down the road or field kill it and read the plug

sounded fine to me.. did you check float level? what main and needle are you running?

Take her down the road with a new spark plug run full speed once at top speed kill the engine coast to a stop then pull out the spark plug if its wet and black your to rich,,,grey to lean the brownish tint is what you want. Also heres some jetting adviceilot and air screw 1/8 to 1/4 throttle. throttle valve 3/16 to1/2. jet needle 1/4 to 3/4. needle jet 5/16 to full. main jet 9/16 to full. air jet 9/16 to full.hope this helps its straight from the manual...

did you do a proper break-in ??????????
search for and do a PROPER PLUG CHOP, but as long as your seeing some brown/dark/wet color, you should be fine, but its the smoke ring down inside that tells the real tale,
hows it feel ???? < power wise,
rev clean ????????

revs dont hang but there not crisp and im just starting the break in power wise its boggy but i havent taken it past 1/2 thottle yet

be sure you get your float hight correct. then every time u do a break in procedure you can tune the bottom end a little untill your ready to do a full plug chop
