Throttle cable keihin and stock throttle

I am trying to get the right size cable to hook up to a stock thumb throttle and a 35mm keihin. I got 2 cables and both are about an inch and a half to long to adjust properly. If anyone runs this combination please let me know what part number or cable your useing. My cables are the correct length but the inner cable is way to long.

ive got a 34mm pj and a stock throttle, not quite the same but i am using a plain ole tors delete cable and it works great.

Yea,, i was thinking of useing a delete cable as well. I might take one of my cables to the stealership tomorrow and see what they have and i doubt if they have sh*t. I have not bought 1 item from the dealers and i probably will steal a part number and order it myself if they even have one. My local dealer is run by a bunch of crackheads.

what did you do to your stock throttle to get full pull to open the slide all the way? i cut a small slice in mine and bolted the two arms together lol I:I

I had a twist on there before and i could get full pull but with the sweet powdercoat thumb throttle (OE) i want to install it will not work. I wish i had a part number of a cable i knew would work with the stock thumb control and i would order it.

Thanks man for this link. I e-mailed the guy to get the inner cable length, thats my whole problem the inner sticks out about 1.5 inches to far. THANX!!
