thinkin of trading my ltr450 for a ktm450xc...

wut do u guys think? I'm thinking of offering a guy with a ktm 450xc my LTR as a trade... I like the idea of my 450 having reverse plus it's faster than my bike by alot I imagine.. so sounds like more fun all around. I trail ride my bike too. so if nothing else I could run my 250r as a straight track bike... oh, it's an 08 XC my LTR turns out to be an 06 according to the vin#..

idk reverse would be nice but i think the ltr would kill the ktm with power id keep the ltr i love them quads but its up to u if u want a quad with reverse il trade u my blaster its got revers if u use our feet right lol

I would trade for the ktm. But who in their right mind would give up a ktm quad for a suzuki? Especially when the suzukis have known tranny problems.

so do the ktm's, but when a ktm tranny goes you have to replace the whole thing.

the suzuki you only have to replace the 3rd gear

I would stay with the suzuki, to many problems wit the ktm

the guy is selling the KTM, he got it for $5,000 a few/couple months ago new at the dealership (I wanted it but didn't wanna pay $5,000 for it lol) but is now asking $4700obo or trade or trade+cash so I figure for sure he'd do trade plus cash I seen some vids and it looks stupid fast the 450 and 525 ktms..
