Might be a brown recluse if ya'll have em up there. Buddy of mine had a whole like that and had to have it lanced and they put a wick in it for awhile... his looked much worse tho

from what i see, the brown recluse is supposedly sw pa's only poisonous spider (it is not poisonous)
but have heard reports of black widow sightings also ?

They narrowed it down to I got an insect bite, and it got infected. I have to the take some hardcore antibiotics for the next week and we will see
