My job pretty much told us no more overtime and we're going to be a 24/7 deal now...which in the 100 years Victaulic was around, Engineering never has done.
They also offered a 3 Day/12 Hour shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), which I said f*ck NO to.
No. I'd see no one. I'd never see my parents, girlfriend, or even be able to ride with my buddies.
I opted for the 10 Hour Days/4 Days a Week (Monday through Thursday), but unfortunately I'll be on second shift (3pm to 1am). My house is 45 minutes away from my job, and it's always foggy in the morning, so this could be interesting.
