So I decided against the blue and orange, and will go with polished and orange instead. Only thing that will be blue are the plastics. Here is the kickstart stripped down and polished. i got alot of clear coating to do...

Got the Toomey pipe all polished up tonight along with the silencer. Also took the Toomey sticker off of the silencer to be able to ceramic clear coat it so it will be a little more cool when riding and be corrosion resistant

Toomey sells a replacement sticker for the exhaust. Its like a metal sticker because I remember I had bought a replacement one.

Ok just won this auction....seemed like alot of parts for rear hydros and maybe I can get at least 2 that works or rebuildable.

Downstairs wackin away at the factory swinger. I am extending it on the place where the carrier is, and chopping up the ebay swinger. Gonna gusset some points as well. I'll take a quick pic..

I'm gonna cut the ebay swinger where the cross bar is that the shock mounts to

Then I will slide it over where the old swinger is cut, and weld it up from there

Then at the back, i will take the cross bar out of the ebay swinger. and mount it there for added strength where the carrier mounts. Then gusset that bar and where i mount it to the factory swinger. Gonna shoot for some clean welds too. Maybe weld up a few spots on the factory gusseting to make it a little sturdier.

Of course i am going to take the stock carrier and mount it with the bolts in so it is perfectly straight before i go to town on the welds...

good call man..........i had small twisting issues when i welded mine from not clamping it down.........and just abit to much heat
