Is the piston broke??

It looks to be burned out on the Exhaust side Top ? .

Or its a vitos with lowered exhaust port

Lowered exhaust port is the Actual Port inside the Cylinder , Not on the Piston .

vitos makes a piston that lowers it i think.

There is a piston out there that is made like that Pretty sure it was a vitos, or wossner, a few guys have ran them with great results. Thing is, ya have to check the cylinder reports of it spinning inside the aluminum cast.

Id bet money it's a 240 vitos and the kid doesn't know to squeeze the rings to slide the cylinder on!

Sorry For the confusion , Was Not aware of the Lowered Piston area on top of the piston .

I know its not a vitos cylinder it has a y-1. but he said when he bought they said it was a vitos 240.

Maybe he is trying to Squeeze a 240 Piston In a Stock Cylinder haha

Okay so I had him measure the piston across and he said it is exactly 7.2

Okay so I'm leaving here in about 30 minutes to go get it. I got a late start. My grandma passed late last night and couldnt go early. I should be back around 630 with pics!
