Use some WD-40 or equivalent and let em soak for a bit. Then a large punch with a hammer (I like Noober's tie rod) while holding the swingarm in a vise. If you don't have a vise, a 2x4 to hold it off the ground while someone else holds the swinger might work.
pop the seals out, find a socket that fits barely fits in, slide it up against the bearing and smack it. If its to corroded on you will need a chisle to split the outter race up. A 100 ton hydralic press works pretty good too...
Use the socket idea, that way pressure is applied evenly around the bearing. If you have access to a torch, heat that biotch up. Or just use the torch and cut it.
