Just picked up a basket case for 100 the motor has a bad crank it was a stroker so what does that mean? Can I use a stock crank? any help would be great

Stroker cranks allow the piston to travel higher and lower to gain more displacement. If the topend was ported for the stroker crank you should replace it with another stroker crank of that size. Vitos makes a +3 and hotrods makes the +4
Depends wether anything was done for stroker. Plate and double gaskets under jug? Porting? Head? Seeing that a stroker is only like $20 more, I'd get that no matter what.
Is there any way of telling? The case is broken and I have another botom end. Can I use the jug still? Is there any way of telling? Thanks
post pics of the motor. Is there a spacer between the jug and bottom end? Also what makes you think there is a stroker crank in there becuase it says on the crank or some craigslist retard told you there was?
unless the motor came from here i would be willing to be it is not ported for the stroker. post up some pics of the jug and we can tell u if its even been ported at all.
I will post pics of what is off so far. I have not taken the case apart yet hope to do it in the nest day or two. Then will know for sure on the crank but will post some pics later.
Ok, show us when you get the chance. If it really is a stroker engine, it will either have a Vito's crank with built-in stuffer blocks (usually blue in color) or the bottom of the engine cases will have been trenched to accomodate a 4mil crank.
Yeah, that's a stock cylinder (non-ported). Which is kinda good, because you'll be grinning from ear to ear when you send it off to get ported and get it back, only to have it rip your arms off after break-in! 
As for the crank, I can't tell. It looks stock, but... Can you get some better pics? One of the side of the connecting rod would help, too.

Ya it has blue in there. is that a good thing? Im still new to blaster and atvs. Guy i got it from told me it was a special addition that not very many blasters came with it in it. so was it factory this way or aftermarket?
this guy is bullshitting you, no blaster ever came with a +3 crank, thats an aftermarket piece, and the head should be machined for it, or a spacer plate and 2 gaskets under the cylinder to raise it 3mm to match the crank, the ports should also be corrected for it too
if i were you, i'd send that whole thing to ken oconnor and let him straighten everything out, and then you'll know you have a professionally built, correct engine

looks like a vitos stroker and a bone stock cylinder. if u really wanna haul some ass send it to FLOTEK and he will set u right up with a real strong runner. little3mills record holding FLOTEK blaster only has a vitos +3 
Yes I will say that is a Vitos +3 as that is what I have! Also sure doesn't look like it's been ported. Perfect time to get it ported for what you have!
