So i have 2 stripped screws on my flywheel cover

and 1 stripped one on my oil pump cover

All 3 are not reachable with pliers so i dont know what to do now..

ideas!??!?!?!

If the head is messed up just get a left hand drill bit and drill the head and that usually backs them out. Or drill it and easy out it.

The philip head screws are stripped completly like a cone, not broke though, the chisle attemt may work but not sure if i got the right tools for that.

its pretty tight so a drill hollowing it out may not work, wouldnt grab enough..

another thing you could do is bore the screw head off....(only if its all coming apart...) then when the case is split get a visegrip on there.... and replace the screw....
i think yamaha should of used allen key hear screws.... the 1s that are is the case ar so sh*tty.....

do this, it will work i had the same thing happen to mine.

one thing that works good is to take a flathead screwdriver and hammer it into the stripped screw and before turning it get a helper and a pair of good pliers. have the help push in real had while at the same time you use the pliers to turn the screwdriver. or take a flathead and use it like a chisel to spin the screw.
p.s. dont forget the pb blaster

whatever you do replace them all with some allen heads when it comes apart!!! just did that on mine got an SMS complete motor bolt kit for like 25 bucks shipped....

you could also file the screw so a flat head would fit and it should come out. but yea dont forget the pb blaster lol.
ive done this before but it might be hard for you to do this if u cant get pliers to it
