Ok guys, this is gonna sound newbish but here it goes. Besides the crappy little index marks on the carrier adjuster, (that are inacurate because they move) how do you make sure the axle is perfectly symetrical. I know it's off because my chain has tight spots and the sprockets have new wear spots (just shiny on one side). I've had 2 blasters before this one and a banshee but don't remember it ever being this bad but I know it's just me because I got spoiled with the adjustment on my old TRX250R and 400ex. Any tricks to making sure that axle and chain are straight and true? HELP!

sh*t eh i always f*ck around trying to get this sh*t straight. pisses me right off. you pretty much gota toss her on a milk carton, get it loosened and roughly aligned with the 2 adjusters at the same distance, then eyeball it from looking down using the fenders as a reference point. its kinda hit n miss.

what works with me on sport bikes is to adjust it to where you think its stright. then with teh rear off the ground, roll the wheel. if the sprocket is aligned properly with the chain, the chain will float centered on the sprocket. if the chain pushes to one side, is crooked.

yea. if its centered the chain will run centered on te teeth of the sprocket. if you push the chain left it will stay there and if you push it right it wil stay. center it and it shouldnt walk to either side.

i just dont worry about it on the blaster. its not throwing off my steerign any like it would on a sportbike so i just get it to where it looks about right and i ride. chain/sprockets are pretty cheap once a year.
