Just thinking about bying a fmf tail pipe 4 my bike , would i have to change anything if i do this ,like jets,etc... & will it make a difference with the bike ?
Thanks

if its the header pipe where it meets the motor then yes you have to change the jets.
there are better pipes than fmf though. but fmf is good for stock motors if you arent doing too much motor work

Changing the silencer on a 2stroke won't do anything, save up and get a pipe. ( changing the length does impack the power curve a bit, shorter = more low end, longer = more top end.. this is becuase on an inframe pipe the silencer just acts as a singer )
On a side note you can take off the end cap of the stock silencer for a bit more sound, no re jetting required.

Thanks 4 the help peps , this is my frist blaster ,its stock and i like it so far , hope to do some mods to it soon ,little at a time lol

PS : this site is great havent been off it sence i got the bike Lol!!

The aftermarket silencer should also be "lighter" than the stock. My Pro Circuit was way lighter than the stock. Get an A/M header, you'll wish ya done it sooner!
