I need to get a new chain so I figured it would be a good time to change out my sprockets as well. Looking for some info on stock gearing as well as using bigger or smaller sprockets in the rear and front. I will be using an o ring chain.

What type of riding do you do? What mods do you have? what mods do you plan on doing? Do you want more acceleration or more top speed? answer these questions and you will get some suggestions.

I found this little snippet on allthingsmoto.com

Just to put the drag argument to rest, one of our old members had a chain dyno (yeah, who thought they had such a thing), and the o-ring chain did in fact drag more... UNTIL, it got warm, after it was up to temps, it was the same or better than a non-ring chain.

Interesting. I always buy o ring chains anyway. I have an X ring chain for the Shee. I havent put it on yet though.
