Sea Foam will do nothing for the amount of smoke. I may remove some carbon from head and exhaust port. However, I have now knowledge as to what it might do to the fuel/air ratio. Excess smoke is caused by wrong oil if auto-lube, rich oil mix (lower than 32:1), to rich of jetting, or dirty air filter causing rich condition, to high float level, sticking float.

As to the chain, good quality chain lube shouldn't be noticeable. Use no grease on chain.

i'd avoid the colored chains if i were you, they sure look pretty, but after snapping 2 red ones, i finally learned to buy a good chain,
this is one instance where more $ = better quality.
Driveline Performance, D.I.D., EK, RK, Renthal and Western Powersports are all good chains, and all available thru ebay.

I agree with awk, buy a good chain first....

These are too long, but its easy to cut out links.... (they are good chains though I:I)

DID 520 VT2 Narrow Enduro Racing X-Ring Chain | ATV | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

You will also need new sprockets if you get a new chain (if you dont, you will wreck the chain :o)

Heres front (choose 13 or 14 tooth, stock is 13)
Primary Drive Front Sprocket | ATV | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

Heres back, 40T
Renthal Rear Sprocket | ATV | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

If I buy a orange chain for the blaster will the grease you put on to protect it mess up the color or is there clear lubricant/grease? Dont want a bunch of black grease build up that I cant get off.

How to cut down on all the exhaust smoke? Can you use Seafoam to clean out the engine?

Correct oil and jetting will produce little smoke.

I mix bean oil at 25:1 and after warm up there is only a little wisp of smoke.

Use only foam air filter oil on an foam air filter...
and fabric filter oil on any fabric/K&N style filters

Buy one of the ones i posted, its too long but you can make it shorter. (92 links for stock)

Do not buy a cheap junk colored one... Only buy quality...

Use chain lube on a chain

Most of the Pit Posse products are decent but I'm not familiar with their filter oil. This is the stuff I've been using for years and it works great, just invest in a box of gloves bc it's sticky as hell : PJ1 Foam Filter Service Cleaner Oil Kit 37040024 | eBay

Running Sea Foam through your blaster will clean the engine but be warned that it will smoke like crazy until most of the carbon and deposits have cleaned up.

NO ENGINE OIL ! It's an air filter not a oil filter lol. Im just having fun, don't take it the wrong way ! Only use oil made for foam air filters, I use FFT by Maxima and it works really well. It's dust proof and water proof for superior protection.

The filter oil improves filtration/protection drastically, without air filter oil water, dust and other small particles will make their way through the filter and into your motor !
