Hi, i am looking to replace my stock reeds, any suggestion whether V Force 3 or 2's or Boyesen? Also wot are valves? Im in England can find V force 3 & 2 reeds for £45 each or V3 valve system for £108. Would this just be the reeds and cage?! If anyone is selling any and are in UK or happy to ship here let me know, or a website which ship internationally. Thanks people.

Hands down, the VF3s are the way to go. With four sets of reed petals, I don't see how anything else can come close. Basically they flow more at top end, and have better throttle response because the reeds move a shorter distance.

The lowest price out there for a new VF3.

Vforce2s like these (good starting price) are good too, just a little older style (screw on retainers), harder but not impossible to get replacement reeds for.

Early Boyesen rad valve, kinda cool.

If you are trying to save money, the 2-stage Boyesen reeds work well.
