im thinkin about getting aggressive trail porting eventually but my cylinder is at 68mm so i only have one life left then it will need re-sleeve, my question is if i get my engine ported and then resleeve it does that mean i will have to send it back in to get the sleeve to match the porting?

Depends on where you get it sleeved at. A regular builder might not charge full price to just match sleeve to existing ports. I would start looking for a new cyl with more lives left in it, and just do a DIY port on your existing. Might not get quite as much as a "real" port job, but it will still be a good increase. Just don't raise the ex much or you will end up with a drag cyl. "MUCH" is only a MM or so.

FYI, getting a sleeve installed is pretty pricey.

i would like to do that but i just dont have the money for that, ive been on the same wiseco topend 68mm for 7 years and it has 135psi compression still so it should last awhile longer

i used a dremmel and alot of diffrent grinding stones and some320 or 400 grit sand paper and some safty glases and another tip of advice its better to do a lil and do a lil good than do alot and do alot of dammage
