:-/ Is anyone else having trouble with this site? I thought it was just a problem with our internet connection, but a friend of our's works for the phone company we use and he said the problem was fixed. Well, I still can't see (much less USE) the chat and it usually won't let me sign James out on our shared computer, either. Is there a wrench in the works, somewhere, or am I just having account issues?

try reseting your router, first turn off the modem then the router .....boot the modem up till you have a go light then power the router back up
DSL has a non-static IP so when you power off the modem you refresh your IP status and may clear issues

you could also do a test for me and tell me the results
click start in the search field type cmd then enter or if on XP click start and goto run and type cmd then enter once you get the command line type: ping "www.yahoo.com" without qoutes then enter tell me the results they will look like this....dont paste your IP number for all to see either LOL
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 49ms, Maximum = 92ms, Average = 62ms
