well ive been posting a lot lately and i really just want to get my blaster running good and strong. i got to ride it once since i bought it and then it blew, but i guess it happens. so i decided since i need to get it rebuilt i might just send the cylinder to flotek and get it ported. will i really benefit from getting it ported? will i notice a big power increase? i currently have a 30mm mikuni carb, fmf exhaust (although i want to get rid of it) and its bored .20 over (which i just found out because the kid i bought it from told me it was bored .60 over).

should be a good increase in power. give them a call and see what they recommend, most guys say porting is a night and day difference

yeha man you will notice a big difference even with your fmf. once you can get a nicer pipe like a power pros or the like you will get even more power. being bored out .020 instead of .060 is a good thing, that means you have more life in that cylinder you will gain/lose zero power from the .060 to the .020.
