Toomey sells a high temp silicone rubber O-ring that goes inside the pipe to seal to the flange. Toomey sells one for $6 or $7. With a minimum of $12 shipping. Sorry but I am not spending almost 20 bucks on a 3 dollar o-ring.

Has anyone already take measurements, or found a more reasonable source, maybe you got a ten pack laying around.

Ok so I measured 1 9/16 x 1 13/16 looking on the local auto parts store website I found a #222 O-ring is 1 1/2 by 1 3/4
And a #223 is 1 5/8 x 1 7/8 which is what Toomey call for. So go figure they actually did give us the size.
SO a #223 high temp O-ring, which you should be able to get at a parts or mechanical supply store will do the trick
