Should I trade my Blaster for Doug Gust's Factory LTR450?

I had a guy that would take an even trade on this LTR450 thing and he said some guy Doug Gust raced it. Are these things fast and do they have the low end torque I am looking for from a 4 stroke? Do you think it could beat my Blaster? I want to trade my Blaster, but I don't want to get a slower ATV that will blow up all the time like my Blaster 4 times in 1 year. Do you think it would be a fair trade for that LTR450.....I guess I'm just not really sure....I love my Blaster, but it's a headache, and I don't want a 2 stroke. I'm not sure if I believe the guy or not though because it looks like it's been raced and I'm not sure if it's worth it or not. I was thinking if I didn't get this, another guy was going to offer me a Raptor 350 which looks faster, so I might get that. What do you guys think? :-/ Here is a pic of the LTR450. Do you think it's worth it to trade my Blaster for?

99lrd... are you serious? you havent been on this forum long enough? a ltr450 will smoke any blaster. imo, a yfz450 is fastet than a ltr, but each their own i guess. and absolutely do not get a raptor 350. they are faster than a warrior, but your blaster will beat one. and doug gust is one of the most renowned racers of all time. and george strait came to my house and rode my blaster. he is a cool guy. said i can go ride with him whenever i want. i just have to wake up from my dream first...
 
Yea, well Wayne Matlock offered me his baja1000 winning honda 700xx for my half built blaster what do you guys think should I do it?

Oh is it for only old people? Does that mean it's a lot slower than my Blaster? I might just tell the guy no. He offered an even trade and even $500 for the trade, but a raptor 350 sounds like it would be better if you say it's for an old guy. I just told the raptor 350 guy I would come pick it up later today. He offered me a straight trade for my Blaster and I would only have to pay him $1000 extra so it sounds like a great deal.

I heard it was a great trail quad and never breaks down so I know I won't blow it up like I always do with the Blaster when I didn't do leakdown tests and after my dad....who is a smart guy......put extra oil in the gas when I had the oil injection unit running too to give it more oil so it wouldn't blow up and it still did. That yellow quad just looks like it will blow up. The guy did way too many mods and I think the Raptor 350 will be just about as fast anyways.

Well it'll only be faster in the tightest trails, that's what my dad said and he can beat up your dad and I'm the fastest hands down in first gear but only because I have a top-end pipe

I don't know how strong your dad is, but my dad is really smart. He rebuilt my Blaster each of the 4 times it blew up last year. He knows his stuff. See, that's why I want 4 stroke low-end power so I can be faster in 1st AND 2nd gear.

Well my dad put on my big bore 260 kit that makes me go 100mph in 1st so ha
 
As funny as this is I'm out before stirrin up any more trouble. dad & me got some polishing on the blaster to do. But man this was good for a morning laugh. Some rep for the thread.
