rm adjustable stator help

I have an 01 blaster the stator went so I bought a new rm stator of ebay it test out all good, I installed it on what I thought was at zero, the quad will start and idle but if I hit the throttle it wont rev or anything itll just back fire then die. the tors is unhooked and everything test good any help please

rotating the stator clockwise about 3mm advances the timing 4 degrees......

see which way and how much you advanced or retarded yours.

Is there a chance that the woodruff key dropped out when you fitted the flywheel, and the timing is slightly out?

I've tried rotating the stator multiple times and the exact same results each time, and I am positive the woodrift key is in place, and chance its something to do with the tors. the wheeler was running perfect one day then it just died tested stator bought new stator and now this problem. its almost like its in a limp mode or something

another thing the timing marks are on the front of my stator like facing the front wheels, were would I like the marks up to?
