i know this probably get asked a lot but will it make much of a difference taking it off and putting a twin-airfilter a k&n pre-charger on aslo how much should i pay for a good ex400 rear shock

Well 80 is a lil high for me. Look for a z400 rear shock also. Same shock, different quad. would look for 50-60 US dollars or IDK what european monies are worth. And yes the airbox lid delete will need a higher jet to give some company to more air coming in to your Yamaha Yfs200rr Blaster Atv Carburetor.
Or anohter recomendation is upgrading to a new carb(YZ85, KX85, Rm85, CR85) and a Outerwears lid cover.

will that take some of the low end on a stock blaster

i believe the features are the same, the shock is the same part. whip off the lid, i promise you its better, i noticed much better bottom end grunt when i first did it. sounds much better too! :)
