I cannot get the front bolt out. Any suggestions? I am thinking of using a torch on the swingarm but really do not want to.
If u can get the nut off, hit that end(threaded end) with a dead blow hammer or with a block of wood against it(so u dont damage threads) with a regular hammer or hammer a big punch to push the bolt through the swingarm.

That will work. Or use a old screwdriver in the center of the bolt and hit the back of it.

This requiers 2 people. Ok take a jack an jack the frame up at the back where the lower motor mount is, now have someone on one side of the quad an you on the other have the other person use a ratchet or pull bar an the socket on the bolt an twist it if possible, while you tap on the other side.
Or have them try twisting it while you hit it, it might break it lose.
