im looking for a reliable 240 set up,wich means top end kit,carb,reed,muffler and all around..
but i dont want to get stuck every time i go on a 2-3 hour ride.

The only place I can think of that offers a package that complete is CT Racing and it runs 1535.00 but its one of the best kits around. as far as reliability goes I got the El Cheapo vitos kit and had Flotek (he's a member on here) port it and I have no reliability issues at all then I just pieced together the rest of the system. Oh yeah and if you get a vitos it comes with a cast piston. Scrap it! Then buy the forged one its a vitos piston but its made by weisco, the vitos cast ones are known for shattering
I've got some where around 125+hrs on my LA Sleave 240 cylinder with a Wiseco forged piston, and I really do believe that running a proper premix with a GOOD! oil is the ticket to reliability.
Well i was thinking about something like the Vito's Big Bore Cylinder and Head 240cc Kit+Keihin 35 mm carb+Pro Design Intake Manifold+Dyno Port Exhaust.

That should be a decent setup, if you get a FORGED piston!, the Vito's cylinder I have came with a forged piston, but I guess they usually come with a crappy cast one, get the forged one!
that is true. you have to get the forgged piston. you said you wanted a port and polish right? if you were not planning on getting it done sack up and spend the extra $200.00 to have it ported. it will make all the difference in the world.
