I just wanting to make sure that when I put my .375 - 9.5mm reed spacer in that I don't need to jet up any extra I think someone said that you didn't have to but I want to be 100% sure

I Have a 3/4 Inch spacer And Did not Adjust any jetting change for the Reed spacer , you should be fine !
That is the only way we learn anything.
Try it on both sides of the reed plate too, to see what difference you feel.
My KTMs come with plastic stuffer blocks for inside the reed, and a divider.
The stuffer fills in the mid range.
You can remove the stuffer or the divider but it kills mid range power with no gain or loss to top end power.

You cannot get faster on hope, you have to try it out!
Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars on speed tricks that didn't work.
If you take it drive where it challenges the power (hills, sand or speed), do the change and take it back out and try it again,
your butt dyno will see the difference.
You have to be honest with yourself! Sometimes when you have spent $$$ on something shiny you really want to wish it to work.
Don't fall into that trap.
One change at a time, compare with previous performance, be honest with yourself about results.
