Rebuild on the "FREE SHEE"

oh lol wow those lights are expensive especially since there stock

Indeed the stockers are pricey ( I have broke a few ) 35 to 40 bucks for 1 used one and you'll be lucky if it works when you get it.

Looking great, Yellow has always been my favorite yama color.

Thanks. Well I'm still waiting on my tusk HD clutch so I decided to polish the pressure plate. Looks pretty good with the see through cover. My bumper, jets, and bowl gaskets came in today. Should be able to get the motor assembled soon. Also just FYI, my buddy (Owner of the black/orange bike) has been helping me with this build. It would be a lot of work for 1 person in this short amount of time.

Should be. I'll have to refer to the manual to figure out how to route the coolant lines. I need to get a piece of hose for the rear crankcase vent too. Then it's off to jetting. These should be a breeze though. The only reason I had such a hard time with the 35mm pwk on the blaster was because it had the wrong slide in it. No matter what idid I couldn't leant out. I put the right slide in and was really easy.

cool man BTW what kinda porting did you get done to it from oconnor anyway? cant for the life of me remember of if you even said what it was?

I think it's ans aggressive trail port. I just talked to him and told him what kind of riding I do and sent them to him. It's that simple. We did my blaster motor the same way. I think they are both aggressive trail port.
