The rear brakes on my 99'' blaster are always pressed against the disk making it hard to roll. When I use the foot brake the brakes do work fine but I dont know how to adjust the so there not constantly rubbing the disk.

there are inline cable adjustments, take the caliper off and pull it apart, it could be siezed up inside as well, i think there is an adjustment inside also. theres a diy on adjusting them so they work, somewhere here
