when changed my swinger i disconected back brakes put fresh fluid in , and tryed bleeding them a couple of times and still can't get them to work right. i even used a hand vacume pump any tips would be great.

you may not be bleeding them right. you need to pump the pedal a few times the hold pressure on it while someone else releases the pressure from the caliper. then you keep repeating that till there is no more air in the lines.

Yeah 305 has it. Bleeding brakes alone bites. I also like to put my thumb over the end of the bleed screw and crack it while someone else pushes down on the pedal. This way I can feel the bubbles and I know that air isn't going back in. It's very important to close the screw before your buddy lets up and starts another stroke.

Get a clear hose and attach it to the bleed nipple if you haven't already and have it drain so you can keep re-using that fluid. Attach vise grips to the bleeder so you can do it fast and efficiently to get the job done quicker. I've done it myself each time and it is a pain but once you get a good system doing it doesn't take too long.

i was using a one man brake bleeder, i use it on my cars all the time, by the time i get all the air out i am out of fluid then i have to start all over again

gotta keep refilling. my rear hydros went to sh*t for some reason. i used just about a whole bottle of dot4 belray brake fluid before i got all the air out....and actually as of right now, are broken and dunno what the deal is. NO REAR BRAKES.

yea, if your using the performance tool brake bleeder, I had one hell of a time on my rear brake. I'd use a friend, works better. Don't get me wrong that one man kit is awesome for cars, and front brakes, but it didn't work worth a damn for my rear brake.

I had to use a brake bleeding gun that sucks the air through.Just keep refilling it before it gets to low.It is the only way I found that worked well.

use a clear tube.. put one end on the bleeder screw... the other end inside a bottle of dot4 fluid... push the brake... open the screw... close the screw... let up the brake... push the brake.. open the screw... close the screw... let up the brake.. keep goin till it's stiff to push the brake... that's how i bleed everything i own.. cars, motorcycles, atv's, it all works the same way...
