rear brake caliper problems

The rear brake caliper is stuck and the adjuster won't turn. We have soaked it for 3 days and it hasn't helped any. Anyone have any ideas on what may need done to fix this ? I bought the atv off someone whom blocked the rear brakes off and was racing it. Thanks for the feedback in advance .......... Anthony.

Sounds like a hydro brake setup should be in your future. If they're froze up that bad you'll have more money into it than it's worth, and you'll still have stock brakes.
