Rear axle help

I will take a pic of measurement tmrw to clarify of where I am measuring so you can do the same and know where you stand.

Ok
measure from inside of the hub to the inside of the hub. would be on backside of tire. the part where the hub touches the axle

that way we can all get accurate measurements

Yes, so that is some type of aftermarket axle
Hey awk I had one more question. I just noticed a tapping noise comin from motor but also could be from the exhaust where it connects to motor I'm guessing. Should ithave a gasket or donut where the exhaust connects to motor? If not what else would cause tapping noise and will it affect the performance noticably?

these engines have a notorious tick to them which many confuse with a knock.
a video with good sound of it running will help us determine what it is ?

there is a one time use crush gasket for the pipe to cylinder connection

and yes, if it's leaking it will hurt performance and possibly cause a lean condition.

I believe i have both new in package.

I put a little grease on the splines, or anti seize. It makes it nice and easy if and when you want to remove again.
