Hi i run a 250cc 4 stroke air cooled.changed main jet 140 to 115 pilot jet 38 stock.cant figure out how to tune it.the spark plug is black.even play with needle
But main problem is i even removed the idle screw out and even it continue to idle high and low and doing pop up backfire.please help

First off that is a knock off carb and not a 34 pwk. Thats china version of a 34pwk. What bike/quad is this on? I would go find a forum on those machines and start there. I would look into a new carb that is OEM and not cheap $25 china junk.

Its a 250cc zongsheng engine

Yes mine is air cooled engine ohv
Pushrod.the picture u mentioned is a water cooled one
