Ok so i had the fmf pipe put in at a shop and i dont know how they did it but they made it fit.... now i took the pipe of to put in a new gasket because the shop had used the old one... ok bottom line now the f-kin pipe wont line up with the silencer!!! ive tried loosening up the silencer so i can accomodate it but no dice!! it wont fit nicely no matter what i do to it!!! Heeelpp If I Go back to the shop the guy will probly laugh at me and charge me again!!

i had the same problem. i loosened the silencer and connected it to the header then forced it into place to bolt it back up. if that doesnt work try loosening the header bolts, connect the header to the silencer then tighten the header bolts. this is how i got mine to work.

remove the silencer from the quad, install the ehader pipe properly with the mounts properly bolted up, than install the silencer, the fmfs are mass produced and fit like aglove, if owned afew fmf pipes and all fit perfect

my silencer has a problem fiting i gota force it on just botlt the header up then bolt the silencer up always seems to work for me :)

Well guys it was actually a combination of everything you said, the piece under the hood was loose so it kept moving and i had to start from the silencer to the header inestead of from the header to silencer and then force the header to the motor!! so kudos to everyone thanks for the advice!!!
