Anyone ever heard of them? Good bad? Is it good for bottom end, mid range, top end? The price isn't bad on them for the hole system it's like $190. But if it's junk it's junk.

Thats the first I've heard about this system. It must not be anything extra-special, since I've never seen one installed on a Blaster.

Maybe somebody here can buy one, try one, and report back??

I have searched all morning, I can't remember where I read that at. I thought it was offroad but can't find it! Bills still makes pipes just not for the blaster!

I looked also. Found a few people talking about a eBay company buying a bunch of bills pipes( not just blaster) and sold them cheap on eBay . But I don't think it was them. About all I can find on them is about jet skis. Hell I couldn't even find a review on them.

So I wrote them a email and this is what they had to say.

Our company was started in 1969. We built all of the Yamaha Factory 4-Stroke motocross race bikes in the early to mid eight raced by Ricky Johnson, Ron Lechin, Pierre Karsmakers, Rex Staten and many other Yamaha supported riders. From the late 80’s to late 90’s we were the Factory Yamaha Race Team for the Wave Runner personal watercraft. During that time we won many National and World Championships racing personal watercraft.

Now that you know a little about our company I’ll tell you a little about our Blaster 200 pipe. The pipe is constructed from stamped mild steel, Heli-arc welded and has a ceramic thermal coated silver finish. This pipe was developed in house on our dyno and makes more power than a stock pipe throughout the entire RPM range. We have discontinued manufacturing the Blaster pipe and do not have any silencers left. Many people have bought this pipe and used it with FMF and Pro-Circuit silencers. You can use any silencer that will fit a stock pipe as our stinger is located in the same spot as a stock pipe stinger.

As far as horsepower goes, I don’t recall what the exact gain was on a stock Blaster. I do recall that a stock Blaster made just shy of 18 horsepower and a Blaster with our Master Blaster Kit (pipe, silencer, ported cylinder, modified head and 35mm carb) made right at 27 horsepower.

Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing an exhaust pipe.

I attached one of our Blaster flyers from back in the day.

Pro Tec is in the pipe shootout from 1996. Nobody remembers it because it has a lower peak horsepower rating than the stock pipe haha. It does seem to have a stronger midrange though

The funny thing about the Pro Tec pipe in the 1996 shootout is that it had the lowest peak horsepower BUT it also had the BEST lap time..:o
