does anyone know of a warranty or guarantee on the welds of the pipe,bc mine actually started to leak

have you tried to email them? cant hurt but im thinking if there is a warranty there has got to be a bunch of small print about damage to the pipe and whatnot.
Use gas or tig.
If you can't- I can. I have a very nice set-up Miller DVI 220/110. I'd be willing to help a fellow member out. Not sure where your at in PA. -Bob
i would go with gas welding using a torch there is ALOT more control over the heat when you weld like that..
idk how to gas weld,i got to a vocational school im gunna bring it over to welding and see what they can do,if not ill try the machine shop
Your deff gonna wanna see if it can be TIG welded. Thatll be the best weld. You can use a MIG with gas or fluxcore. Gas will look better. Flux will look kinda sh*tty. But you can always clean the welds up. If you take it school I would deff see if the teacher can do it. Im sure there is a mechanics shop near you that does car exhaust that can fix for a few bux.
As for that ding. I dunno how good it works but a friend of mine did it. He put a cork in the end of it then filled it with water and put another cork in the other end. He then put it in the freezer and froze it. He did it a few times till the dent came out. The ice expands and so the dent gets pushed out wards.
